KETTLE POND TEA HOUSE

a space to slow down and remember your connection to the living world. Rooted in the quiet rhythms of Cape Cod, we offer tea as ritual, nature as guide, and community as medicine. Here, the simple act of pouring warm water over leaves becomes a return to presence - to breath, to body, to land, to the waters that hold us.

Our work is grounded in ecotherapy, somatic awareness, and place-based practice. Through tea experiences, nature-based coaching, and healing garden design, we invite you into a deeper relationship with yourself and the Earth - of tenderness, reverence, and belonging.

Join one of our local tea gatherings - an installation and invitation to pause and feel held by beauty, simplicity, and the art of tea.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Meet Kirsten, the founder of Kettle Pond Tea House. Kirsten is an ecotherapy guide, tea practitioner, gardener and designer rooted on Cape Cod. With a background in environmental studies, ecological design, and place-based education, Kirsten’s work weaves together nature-based healing, ecological art, seasonal ritual, and the quiet art of presence. She believes that tea is a teacher - a way of coming home to the body and the land.

Her path has moved through eco-fashion, sustainability education, community arts, and years of studying how humans heal in relationship with the living world. She holds a Master’s degree in Education, a Permaculture Design Certificate, and training in both yoga and Ecotherapy from the Earthbody Institute, with continued study in trauma-informed and nature-based therapeutic approaches. She also brings her creative practice to regenerative businesses through holistic brand storytelling and design services.

Kirsten works with individuals, small groups, and communities through Kettle Pond Tea House, offering private tea ceremony, nature-based coaching, and healing garden design as practices of restoration. Her work is guided by the belief that the Earth is always inviting us back into conversation - and that healing is a shared, relational, and deeply creative act.

TEA WITH ME

Kettle Pond Teahouse honors the deep cultural lineages that make tea practice possible. Tea originates in China, where it has been cultivated, prepared, and shared for thousands of years. I hold deep respect for the cultures and teachers who have carried this wisdom forward.

I also acknowledge that all gatherings take place on the traditional homelands of the Wampanoag people, who have cared for the waterways, forests, and lands of Cape Cod since time immemorial. With gratitude, I offer this space in a spirit of respect, listening, and continued learning.

This teahouse is a small gesture of honoring both the roots of tea and the land beneath our feet - an invitation to slow down, remember connection, and practice care for the places and cultures that sustain us.

For now we float around the waters, woods and sacred spaces of Cape Cod and New England. Please sign up for our newsletter to join one of our pop-up tea gatherings.
