TEA IN THE WOODS
Walk with me in nature as we reconnect with the grounding presence of the natural world. Ecotherapy is a mindful way of being in nature that helps regulate the nervous system, ease anxiety, and restore a sense of belonging. In this experience, we slowly walk together through the forest practicing presence. We talk and we listen to the land. We finish with a simple tea ceremony beneath the trees - allowing warmth, stillness, and connection to settle in the body. This offering is especially supportive during life transitions or times of emotional stress - when you are seeking clarity, comfort, or a reminder that you are held by something larger.
When we are present, nature has a way of reminding us that we are not alone.
