TEA WITH THE EARTH

Walk with me in nature as we reconnect with the grounding presence of the natural world. Ecotherapy is a mindful way of being in nature that helps regulate the nervous system, ease anxiety, and restore a sense of belonging. In this experience, we slowly walk together in nature, whether on land or sea, we practice presence. I support you with empathic listening and mentoring with nature as our guide. We finish with a simple tea ritual - allowing warmth, stillness, and connection to settle the body. This offering is especially supportive during life transitions or times of emotional stress - when you are seeking clarity, comfort, or a reminder that you are held by something larger.

When we are present, nature has a way of reminding us that we are not alone.
